A fishing rod and not a fish!

My mission is to EDUCATE on how to: 

  • move in a healthy way
  • keep one’s health and improve one’s quality of life thanks to physical activity
  • improve one’s quality of movement
  • avoid injuries
  • allow one’s body to mend on its own
  • in the context of dancing: what to do to be able to dance on the level you want


What I’d like to get across to you is the knowledge on a broad array of subjects: anatomy, biomechanics, nervous system, diet, prevention, life and movement hygiene, training – and all of that in relation to both dancing and daily life activities, or just to sports training depending on the discipline you’re into. 

Writing from the perspective of someone who already acquired this kind of knowledge, here are my conclusions: this knowledge should be accessible to EVERYONE, and maybe even taught in schools. Thanks to such a solution our society would be much healthier and live higher quality lives. That is why my mission is to educate – so that every one of us could have this fundamental awareness about how to keep a fit body for long.
