Amassing the knowledge I’m writing about on this page cost me many years of work and brought a lot of experiences. I’m convinced that everyone should acquire it, however, I’m also aware that it’s impossible to share in full during short group or individual meetings…

To address this need, I’ve planned the week-long training courses. After a whole week of various activities, every participant will get the big picture and will be thus equipped with the tools for future training and self-work. There’ll also be enough inspiration for one’s own exploration and knowledge-seeking, as well as directions on how and where to look.

I’m often faced with questions “why so?” during the group and individual sessions. Although they are completely justified (I also need to understand why I’m doing the given exercise), usually neither the group nor the individual learner have the time and patience to really study the basics in depth and understand the essence of the given exercise.

I can see a dire necessity for more dancers and athletes to obtain the previously mentioned big picture. It’s necessary for our health. It’s necessary for us if we want to improve in the given sport discipline or dance type.

The knowledge WHY we’re doing something is extremely important, and getting it across during a short lesson and an hour-long individual session is straight up a “mission impossible.”
